Personalized & Custom Products
Most products sold by SimplyCoolGifts are made specifically for each customer and may include custom engraving, custom songs, voice recordings, handwriting engravings, names, dates, messages, or other personalized details.
Because these items are custom-made and cannot be resold, personalized products are not eligible for return, exchange, or cancellation once production has begun, except where required by applicable law.
Order Review
Customers are responsible for reviewing all personalization details carefully before submitting an order. We create each item based on the information provided by the customer.
Cancellations
Orders cancelled before production begins may be eligible for a partial refund.
Once production has begun, personalized orders cannot be cancelled.
Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Orders
If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery and include photographs of the issue. We will work with you to find an appropriate solution, which may include replacement, repair, or refund.
Non-Personalized Products
Non-personalized products may be returned within 14 days of delivery. Returned items must be unused and in their original condition. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrived damaged, defective, or incorrect.
Normal Wear and Tear
SimplyCoolGifts is not responsible for damage resulting from misuse, accidents, improper care, or normal wear and tear after delivery.
