Processing Time

Each order is handcrafted and made to order in Florida, USA.

Most orders are completed and shipped within 7 business days. During holidays or periods of high order volume, processing times may be slightly longer. Current processing times are always displayed on each product page.

Shipping Address

Please verify that your shipping address is correct before placing your order. Orders are shipped to the address provided at checkout.

If you need to update your shipping address, please contact us as soon as possible. Once an order has shipped, we are unable to change the delivery address.

Shipping Method

We ship all orders through USPS. Shipping transit times provided by USPS are estimates and cannot be guaranteed.

Lost, Delayed, or Damaged Packages

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery and include photos of the issue.

Once a package has been accepted by USPS, delivery delays are outside of our control. However, we are always happy to help you track your shipment and work with USPS when possible.

International Orders

International customers are responsible for any customs duties, import taxes, VAT, brokerage fees, or other charges imposed by their country.

International delivery times vary by destination and customs processing and cannot be guaranteed.

Environmentally Friendly Packaging

Whenever possible, we reuse clean shipping and packaging materials to help reduce waste.

To minimize paper waste, packing slips are not normally included with orders. If you would like one included, simply let us know when placing your order.
