I ordered 6 music boxes each with its own “special” message. As I suggested a picture or a message, he got back to me immediately with samples. He was very patient and accommodating to changes. I had a picture and message on the top, another message in the inside and closing on the outside bottom.

I ordered the box as a retirement gift and had a very short deadline. Then an issue arose that required a modification to the box at the very last minute. The vendor was very communicative throughout the process and went above and beyond to ensure that the beautiful box arrived the day before the retirement party. The music boxes are handmade . The wood is smooth with a beautiful stain. The communication emails were thoughtful and prompt. The boxes were a gift to 3 girls who sang This Little Light of Mine at the funeral service for their father. That song was available for the boxes and each girls name was engraved on the music box. Excellent keepsake.
